Andrea is an HR and compliance leader with nearly a decade of experience supporting organizations through growth, change, and operational complexity. She founded DOMENICA to provide practical, high-impact HR leadership during moments when businesses need clarity, speed, and sound judgment.
Andrea’s work focuses on stabilizing people systems so organizations can keep moving—whether during rapid growth, restructuring, leadership transitions, or increased compliance risk. She has built HR functions from the ground up, led high-volume compliance and workforce initiatives, and supported organizations through acquisitions, investigations, and organizational change.
Her experience spans nonprofits, startups, and regulated organizations—environments where speed, compliance, and sound judgment are critical. Her approach is grounded in efficiency, discretion, and real-world application, prioritizing solutions that work in practice rather than adding unnecessary process.
Andrea also hosts the podcast Out of Office, where she explores personal growth through entrepreneurship and the realities of building sustainable business.
